Blackstrap Molasses:

Dark, very flavorful natural molasses. Flavor is heat resistant. This product is food grade and is processed under strict sanitary conditions.

Contributes uniform color, flavor, sweetness, soluble solids and acts as a natural humectant and bodying agent to items in which it is used.

Golden A Molasses:

Light golden brown molasses blend with the flavor and aroma of fine imported unsulphured molasses.

Contributes uniform color, flavor, sweetness, soluble solids and acts as a natural humectant and bodying agent to items in which it is used. Higher sugar content than blackstrap.
